Chef Jeff’s Mojito recipe:
1 tsp sugar
12 Mojito mint leaves
1 oz. white rum
.5 oz lime juice
3 oz. club soda.
Place mint leaves, sugar and lime in the glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add rum, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel.
