A ground hugging mat of aqua-blue foliage with 1-inch, Vibrant red-pink, quarter-sized double flowers with some spots of white. Scented blossoms. Charming. Similar to Bath’s Pink, only the flowers of Dianthus Frosty Fire are more full.
